About the Role

We are hiring a senior-level full-stack engineer who has genuinely done it all: websites, applications, AI features, and large-scale projects — with specific hands-on experience building self-publishing platforms for webtoons, audiobooks, and e-books. You will own development end-to-end across our web products, working directly with leadership in a fast-moving, multi-project environment.

• Design, build, and operate full-stack web services end-to-end — front end, back end, database, deployment, and maintenance.
• Develop and integrate AI features across our websites and products (content tooling, recommendation, automation, generative AI integrations).
• Build and improve self-publishing platform features for webtoon, audiobook, and e-book content: upload/CMS pipelines, viewers/players, payments, and distribution.
• Lead large projects from architecture through delivery, and manage multiple workstreams in parallel (true multi-tasking is expected).
• Set code-quality, security, and performance standards; review code and mentor other developers as the team grows.
• Collaborate directly with management and non-technical teams in Korean or English.

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Language & culture (mandatory): Native-level or fully fluent Korean or English. You must be able to communicate at a native standard and demonstrate a deep understanding of Korean business culture, etiquette, and communication style.
• Senior full-stack expertise: proven senior-level command of modern front-end and back-end stacks, databases, APIs, and cloud deployment.
• Self-publishing experience: hands-on experience building or operating self-publishing services — webtoon, audiobook, and/or e-book platforms.
• AI development: practical experience developing and shipping AI-powered features for websites and products (not just experiments).
• Large-project track record: demonstrable experience across website, application, and program development, including at least one large-scale project delivered end-to-end.
• Multi-tasking: proven ability to run multiple projects and roles simultaneously without dropping quality.
• Verifiable references: you must provide contact details of previous employers/companies for reference checks — this is mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Experience with content DRM, payment gateways, and subscription models.
• Experience working in or with Korean companies or Korean-market products.
• Mobile app development experience (iOS/Android or cross-platform).
