About the Role

We are building a K-Wedding business in Vietnam — Korean-style weddings, studio shoots, and styling brought to the Vietnamese market — and we are looking for a true wedding-industry multi-player to run it. This is not a single-specialty role: we need someone with at least 5 years of hands-on experience who can cover the full wedding value chain in Vietnam — wedding events and event operations, studio photography production, makeup, and dress rental — and who knows how to infuse Korean-style content and sensibility into every part of it.

• Plan and run wedding events end-to-end in Vietnam: concept, venue coordination, vendors, schedules, on-site operations, and post-event follow-up.
• Manage studio photo-shoot operations: concept and styling direction, photographer/studio coordination, scheduling, and quality control of final deliverables.
• Oversee makeup and hair styling services for clients — Korean-style (K-beauty) direction, artist coordination, and quality standards.
• Run the wedding dress rental business: collection management, fittings, alterations coordination, inventory, and vendor sourcing.
• Infuse Korean wedding content, trends, and aesthetics (K-wedding concepts, K-style shoots, styling packages) into products and services for the Vietnamese market.
• Work as a multi-player across all of the above simultaneously — planning, operations, client consultation, and vendor management.
• Build vendor and partner networks (venues, studios, photographers, MUAs, dress suppliers) and negotiate terms.
• Report results, pipeline, and improvement plans directly to management.

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Language & culture (mandatory): native-level or fully fluent Korean or English, with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of Korean culture and the K-wedding aesthetic.
• 5+ years wedding-industry experience (required): at least 5 years of verifiable, hands-on experience in the wedding business, including experience in Vietnam.
• Wedding events: proven experience planning and operating wedding events and event-related work in Vietnam.
• Studio & styling: hands-on experience across studio photo shoots, makeup, and wedding dress rental operations.
• Korean-style content: demonstrated ability to apply Korean wedding content, trends, and styling to real products and services.
• Multi-player: able to handle multiple functions of the wedding business at once — this role covers events, studio, styling, and rental together, not one specialty.
• Portfolio & cover letter (required): you must be able to submit a portfolio of real weddings, shoots, and events you have delivered, together with a cover letter.
• Verifiable references (required): you must provide references (previous employers/companies) who can verify your work.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Korean clients or Korean wedding/studio brands.
• Vietnamese language proficiency and an existing vendor network in Vietnam (venues, studios, MUAs, dress suppliers).
• Social media content and marketing experience for wedding services.
