ASSOCIATE VIRTUAL TECHNICAL DESIGNER (3D)

Position Summary: As a Virtual Technical Designer, you will be responsible for creating virtual garment samples on a 3D avatar to save time, reduce costs, and minimize the environmental footprint caused by producing physical garments for decision making.

• Create highly accurate virtual 3D garments on a designated standard avatar using CLO/Browzwear, meticulously evaluating conformity and desired expression of fit.
• Coordinate actively with the sales and technical design teams to promptly respond to buyers on any issues that arise during the virtual sample process.
• Conduct technical assessments in the digital environment to ensure designs meet stringent quality and functionality standards.
• Utilize editing software (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.) to create realistic fabric textures and define precise 3D physics for enhanced sample quality.
• Participate in technical meetings with buyers, providing actionable suggestions and options for increasing efficiency in the 3D process and enhancing the utilization of 3D tools.
• Maintain continuous and mutual communication with HQ to ensure proper work distribution, standard alignment, and technical consistency.
• Proactively follow up on regular 3D software updates and brand standard revisions.
• Attend specialized summits and training sessions hosted by brands, supporting the creation of recaps and internal training materials.

• 1-3 years of experience or fresh graduate with educational background relevant to Fashion Design, Garment Technology, or 3D Digital Design.
• Solid foundational understanding of 3D garment simulation software (CLO3D, Browzwear) and Adobe Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge of construction standards, garment manufacturing methods, and pattern making.
• High English proficiency for written and spoken technical communication.
• Eagerness to learn, strong work ethic, and a deep passion for the digital garment industry.
• Prior experience or internships in garment manufacturing/fitting is a strong plus.
