Senior Marketing Manager (Vietnam–Korea Markets)

About the Role

We are hiring a senior, manager-level marketer who has run real campaigns across both the Vietnamese and Korean markets. You will own our marketing function end-to-end — strategy, channels, content, and performance — and you must operate at a native level in both Korean and English, with deep cultural fluency on both sides.

• Own marketing strategy and execution across all channels for the Vietnamese and Korean markets (digital, social, performance, offline, partnerships).
• Plan and run campaigns end-to-end: positioning, creative direction, media planning, budget, execution, and reporting.
• Localize messaging correctly for Vietnamese and Korean audiences — not just translation, but real cultural adaptation.
• Manage agencies, media partners, and KOL/influencer relationships in both markets.
• Track performance data and continuously optimize spend and channels for measurable results.
• Report directly to leadership in Korean and English.

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Language & culture (mandatory): native-level Korean AND English, with strong cross-cultural communication skills and a deep understanding of Korean business culture.
• Vietnam–Korea marketing experience (required): hands-on experience running marketing for Vietnamese and Korean markets — all major channels and formats.
• Senior/manager level: proven experience leading campaigns, budgets, and/or teams at a senior or managerial level.
• Portfolio: verifiable campaign results, creative work, and performance metrics.
• Full-stack marketing skills: comfortable across brand, content, digital/performance, social, and offline marketing.

Nice to Have

• Experience marketing education, content/publishing, or technology products.
• Vietnamese language proficiency.
• Experience with Korean platforms (Naver, KakaoTalk) and Vietnamese platforms (Zalo, Facebook/TikTok VN ecosystems).
