TALENT ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE

1. Recruitment

• Understand and follow the recruiting process
• Work with recruitment resources, select effective suitable ones, and post job
• Build & update candidates data
• Repair & manage recruitment budget
• Screen CVs to shortlist the qualified candidates for interview
• Interview & select potential candidates for final interview with line manager or director
• Do salary negotiate
• Carry out all documents for start working: salary proposal, offer letter, newcomer supporting, ….
• Inform the result of interview for candidates
• Follow-up probation period
• Do weekly recruiting report

2. Training: Support logistic tasks of training team

3. Support internal events and employer branding activities

• University graduate
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience
• Good English & MS Office skills
• Good communication, negotiation & organizational skills
• Friendly, confident, dynamic & enthusiastic
